How can I cancel Adobe Stock account

Hi,

first of all, I have to admit that your website is designed to make life as difficult as possible for the clients. I am extremely disappointed with barriers in contact, providing help and clearly communicated information. My guess is that this is only to trick the largest number of users into unwanted subscriptions and fees.

Returning to my question - I would kindly asking you for information on how I can cancel my free, monthly Adobe Stock account subscription IMMEDIATELY.

In the help tab, you write about clicking "manage plan" but I DON'T HAVE THIS OPTION. Instead, I get the message "Soon it will be possible to manage the plan." What does it mean?  And what does it mean soon?

Of course I tried! And I'm just spinning around. Any attempt at contact refers me to the same thing: CONTACT CUSTOME CARE, where I'm just se the most popular topics (which do not answer my question) and other contact options which I really do not have 😕

This is a real failure.

This is what I see, when I clicing "Contact with Adobe". Only "Help" topics.

From that page click on 'Centrum pomocy firmy Adobe'

and then

'Dla klientów indywidualnych

You'll get a pop up message window.

Omg, thank you. Finally a step forward. On the computer still sends me to the same page as in the screen bellow, but I try on my mobile phone and I was able to open the chat window. Yay, what a success Thank You again,
