How can I merge an old Fotolia account with my current Adobe Stock account?

Hello, my question is simple.

How can I merge an old Fotolia account with my current Adobe Stock account?

 

I have some euros in the old Fotolia account but I have no images or footage on sale in this old account. I would like to transfer this euros to my actual Adobe Stock account.

Hello again.

As I told before, I have an old Fotolia Account. I have no photos or videos or images in this old account to sale, but I still have 15,10 €. How could I transfer this 15,10 € to my actual Adobe Stock account? I asked fotolia help assistance and they told me: "Hi Alvaro, I don't see any accounts on Fotolia with your email, but I do see one on Adobe Stock with alvaro***@gmail.com. However, since you have already submitted some files there, you won't be able to combine them together now. However, if you still have some files or credits remaining in the Fotolia account you've mentioned before, you should be able to transfer it over to Adobe Stock as well, but using a different email address. Although, my advice would be to close one of the accounts and resubmit the deleted content from the other one, so you have everything in one place.

I do not know how to transfer it over to Adobe Stock, and I do not know how to answer to Diego in the fotolia help page, there is no button tu answer. ¿?¿?¿?

 

If any could help me to solve this issue, I would be very grateful. 🙂

I checked with Diego and he told me:

Sure, they can use the Contact us form again. If they can’t find the option to reply back to my previous message, they can simply open/create a new ticket and I will track his email down to see our previous conversation.

These are the instructions on how to migrate the account.

Hi Evilbugqueen1.

I think Diego does not understand exactly what my problem is. I already have two accounts, an old one, created in Fotolia, which I don't currently use and which does not have any online photos or videos, but in which there are € 15.10, and another one, created in Adobe Stock, in which I have actually many uploaded photographs and videos. I have created this second one without remembering that I already had a previous Fotolia account. What I want is to be able to send the € 15.10 from my Fotolia account to the Adobe Stock account, to be able to collect it.

I don't want to create a new adobe ID or Adobe Stock account, I already have one. But I do not know where is the option to sync de Fotolia account with the adobe Stock account. 

 

When I recieved the "Fotolia - New Message", they told me in the email: "You recently sent an e-mall to Fotolia. Please click on the following link to read the reply and respond, if necessary"

 

I don't know how to respond.

By the way, I forgot to said, that I can't find now the "contact us form" there is like a river of links and pages full of different ways, I am really lost. It is not intuitive, it seems very difficult to contact the help service of adobe.

😞 Could you please help me to find the URL in wich the contact us form is placed? Thank you again!
