How can I refund?

I am reaching out to you to seek whether you will be able assist me in solving canceling subscription and the refund of monthly fees charged for last 14 month (October 1, 2019 - December 1, 2020).

 

When I signed up to 1 month free trial for 10 standard assets a month plan on September 2, 2019, I did not realize it would continuously charge monthly fee until I cancel the plan. Especially when I received fee charge cancelation email when I first signed up for the free trial, I assumed that this acted as cancellation for the subscription. I did not know the fee has been charged for last 14 months as it was taken out from a debit card which I do not use regularly. It only came into my attention recently.  

 

Now I know I needed to cancel my subscription before my free trial ended. However, because I thought the subscription was canceled, as you will be able to check on your system, I have never logged into the website since my registration and never down loaded any stock for last 14 months.

 

Adobe Stock is a great platform and I am sure I will be using it again in the future. However, currently I do not need additional free two month trial.

 

Instead, I would like to ask you whether it would be possible to get refund of last 14 months (October 1, 2019 ~ December 1, 2020) subscription fees. As you can understand, this is not small amount of money and it is much needed under current personal economic situation with Covid.
