How can you find an image saved as a preview ( or by artist? )

I saved a preview of a standard stock image, but have been unable to find it again by the preview image code, image search or the artist. I love to ask for some help please ..

Chances are the image have been removed from the site, could you provide asset ID I can look it up.

Thanks for the assist. The artist is Natalia Deprina. The preview of her image downloaded as "ea32e94acddd71f049a5a54c8d4b8496". Image attached. Ever since, I've been unable to relocate it to license, by title, image search, artist etc.

Natalia Drepina I see, no I am not able to locate her page or any of similar images as above in stock.  I will contact content on these whereabouts but this is the situation.
