How do I change the text in the 3D Text Effect Mockup I bought from Adobe Stock

Hi,

I just bought a couple of 3D Text Effect Mockups from Adobe Stock,  (AdobeStock_298949527.psdt and AdobeStock_300990528.psdt )  it says they are "Fully editable – add your own text or images" but I can't seem to figure out how to do it and I can't find instructions anywhere on how to actually do that. I would greatly apprecciate help on the matter.
