I am absolutely baffled at the chat support on this page. They simply end the chat anytime I ask anything. How do I contact an actual human who can help me and also lodge a complaint?
1. I cant seem to license any images
2. Chat support wont help me
3. Due to the terrible support I decided to cancel my memberhsip but there is a glitch and the system wont let me cancel either
If Adobe wasnt so well knownI would assume this was all a scam
Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

There is no complaints team. You need to contact the chat. Be polite - they will hang up if you are rude in any way. This is not part of Adobe support, this is Adobe customers trying to help each other, but this is probably beyond our skills. Sometimes Adobe staff come here, but I would not wait to see if this happens. You can view your support cases and add to them, this is much better than keeping starting new cases with chat -- View your Adobe Customer Care cases

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
