How do I contact support?? Adobe Stock

I was downloading various icon packs in .ai files. The artist uploaded another file I wanted in .jpg format. I assumed it was an .ai since they're icons. I didn't download it but I did use up a credit.

Does anyone else struggle with this link? I can't find how to get support with Adobe Stock. I want to get a vector file of a particular image, rather than the jpeg I have bought. I need to chat but the chat icon doesnt appear, or I need a contact number for Adobe Stock or an email address. Any help would be appreciated - thanks
