How do I get the 10 images included in my account?

My account includes ten free images per month. How do I get these? It seems like my only option is to buy images.

I think the Free Trial only permits you to license images under the Standard License. Have you requested enhanced or extended licenses ?

What subscription do you have? Check https://account.adobe.com/plans

Do you have a Teams subscription?

How do you know that you have 10 free images per month?

Did you license a video this month? That would take most of your monthly allocation.
