Today I downloaded an image I needed for a charity poster. In the preview, it looked fine. But it turns out it has been generated by AI and it is covered in "watermarks" where the AI has clearly referenced watermarked images when creating it. It's TERRIBLE! I can't use it, yet it's cost me a credit on my account. How do I go about getting a refund and reporting it? I've gone around in circles trying to find a way to complain.
How it got past the checks to be on the site is beyond me.

Post a link to the asset here, and an Adobe employee can review and perhaps organize a credit to your account.

I've since had a reply from Adobe via Twitter, and they have offered a credit to my account. There really should be a button to report images on the site though. Or at least some official route to go through. Seems daft to have to go through these forums or Twitter!

I suspect they don't want to make it too easy, or it could certainly be abused! It's the fundamental issue with digital downloads - there's no way to call it back once it's in the possession of the customer, and there's no way to confirm that the customer actually deleted the asset after receiving a refund.
