How do I report images I find inappropriate/offensive?

I was told by the Adobe chat to ask on here how I report offensive images. I have the ID numbers for them, but can't find anywhere to send a complaint to...

Context: the images (numbers below) are cartoon representations of self harm with depictions of cutting and blood, after I searched for 'self care week'. I and others I've shown them to find them to be completely insensitive and inappropriate for the cause, and they could well be triggering for some people, is there any possible way of having them removed?
