How do I turn off "Explore GoPro Clips on Adobe Stocks" notifications

Hi, how do I turn this off or any future Adobe sales notifications? This is obnoxious and annoying. I'm OK if it's only once. But it appears about every 4 hours — every time I choose "mark as read" or "dismiss this notification". I don't care about GoPro Clips!
