how do I unlicense a photo that iIpurchased accidentally?

Hi,
I accidentally licensed the photo #366162246 by accident. I just notice today after checking my credit card bills.

However I have not downloaded it. Is there a way to remove it from my account and reimburse me for the one credit? Thanks!
