I'm just now figuring out this adobe stock and there are buttons all over to license stuff, and I can't see any prices anywhere. I apparently have x photos that I can license as part of my subscription, but as I was traversing the site trying to see what stuff costs I ended up accidentally licensing a photo twice. It really needs more feedback on what I am about to do. So, how do I un-license the extra copy of a photo?
Thanks!
Hi there
I've added a license credit to your account to replace the duplicate image ordered in error.
Kind regards
Bev
Hi K.,
Apologies, I only now saw your post. I don't see a record of you contacting customer care under the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. I'm sorry you had a poor experience if you decide to renew your Adobe Stock subscription by the 19th, thirty days from when you closed your most recent subscription, I can assist you with receiving a replacent for the accidental licenses.

Hi Susan,
Since you have accidentally licensed 1 Adobe Stock image, I have added 1 free license to your account so that you can use that against this purchase.
Hope that helps!

Hi!
Unfortunately I too have run into the same problem as many people here. Not knowing what I was doing, I accidentally downloaded this license #259018990 - and do not need it. Would it be possible for this to be reversed? Thanks in advance!

I have accidentally licensed a photo to my account, the license button is so easy to accidentally hit. How can I remove this photo from my purchased images?

Hey Sheena,
I was wondering if might ask for your assistance. I started my first month of Adobe stock today and the first item I licensed turned out to be a mistake. It was for file #216549725. Hoping I could replace this image for something else in the library.
Thanks,
Payton

Hi Beverly,
New to creative cloud and instead of previewing an asset I licensed it. Would I be able to receive credit back for this?

This has happened to me twice this week. Adobe took care of it over the phone, but the 2nd credit required "upper management to authorize the credit" before it could be issued.
My suggested fix: Add the OPTION to TURN-OFF the Instant-License option when I am browsing/searching images (Big Blue Button that shows up on hover). When I am choosing photos for comps, I will quickly click on the potential images. That button shows up on hover and I can click before I even see it. Plus, when using a touch screen or trackpad, it is much easier to accidentally tap on that License button.

Hi, I made same mistake,
Bought image #286304214, because I wanted to zoom in photo, not to buy it...
