How long does it take for a file to go away once deleted?

Hello,

as an artist uploading files for licensing, if I'm to delete a file how long does it take over I delete it for it to actually be removed from the site and no longer be searchable?

Perhaps I might not be in the exact forum. I'm meaning deleting a file on stock.Adobe for resale/licensing?
