How to cancel an accidental Stock Purchase

I purchased an accidental stock video because I thought it was in my stock plan and I could simply save it for later.

 

Card has already been charged but I don't have a need for the stock video. Where can I cancel the order/ refund? Can't find a chat option either. I'm a bit frustrated.
