How to end a subscription i cant use or see that i am paying for

For the past two months, I have paid for a subscription that I cannot use or cancel. 
It's really stressing me out as money is being withdrawn from my bank account and
I can't do anything about it. I have also looked on Adobe how you are asked to cancel
your subscription but this did not help me either. Is there any way to get this money
refunded or at least cancel my subscription?

hello, thank you for trying to help. but what you have written is not possible to do. I am still paying, and neither can I end this payment or get anything out of the subscription I supposedly am paying for.
