How to prove licensed assets from Adobe Stock after team plan cancellation?

Hi Adobe Support Team,

I have a question regarding Adobe Stock licenses under a team subscription plan. Here’s the situation:

  1. Our team licensed assets (e.g., images) from Adobe Stock while our subscription was active.

  2. We were able to access the license history and download the license codes for these assets during the subscription period.

  3. After canceling the subscription, we can no longer access the license history or retrieve the license codes for the assets we previously licensed.

  4. According to Adobe’s official policy, licensed assets are granted permanent usage rights, but without access to the license codes, we cannot prove that we have the rights to use these assets.

Questions:

  • How can we prove that we have the proper licenses for these assets after the subscription is canceled?

  • Is there a way to retrieve the license codes or access the license history for previously licensed assets after cancellation?

  • Are there any official documents or records we can request from Adobe to prove our licensing rights?

This issue is critical for our team as we need to ensure compliance with licensing terms. I would appreciate any guidance or solutions you can provide.

After cancelling, you will still have access to your license history. If that is not the case, you need to contact Adobe customer care. 

 

As for the YouToube license key: you will anyhow need or would have needed to download those and store them at a secure place. As soon as a contributor pulls his asset from the database, the key is no more available.
