How to report Adobe stock that isn't what it is advertising?

I am surprised Adobe doesn't have an obvious report feature for its stock images. There has been several stock images/templates that I have purchased the license to and the result isn't what it is advertising. It is clear that some of your content artists are exploiting this.

Please advise on a way to report garbage stock. (Otherwise I'll probably go back to Getty and Shutterstock.)

"transparent background." is not transparent but are made to look like it.Goes for a lot of the stock from this user. It should be easier to unlicence/report stock.
