Hi!
Today, I noticed a transaction from my bank account to Adobe and discovered that I had a subscription. I canceled it, but I don't understand how to request a refund. The Adobe chat isn't helpful. It only says, "If you have recently requested a refund, please allow 24-48 hours for the refund to process." So How do I REQUEST a refund? Where should I do it and what steps should I take?
