I just licensed an animation (for 8 credit) that was a result from a search looking for a transparent background. The item is on a white background (not a transparent background).

How do I return this f or a refund in credits?

Post the asset number here. Then, perhaps @Contributor1 can assist with your request.

It's marked isolated on background, not transparent background. It may, however sill be possible to use the asset, with little effort, as you could create easily a mask for this. It's not overly complicated. To circles and it's done.
