How to spend assets?

How do I spend adobe assets that I have accrued through my subscription? I would like to download some 4k video content but no matter how I try to do it the option to buy with assets (I have 100) is not there and I only have the option to pay with cash?

@Alex5E9E If you have an Adobe Stock subscription that subscription is only for standard assets. Videos are a premium asset. If you see a price then the asset is not standard and not included in your subscription.
