I accidentally licensed a video I didn't want, I pay for monthly stock and it didn't count either

I pay for a monthly subscription and I accidentally licensed an expensive video, that I do not want and have not downloaded. I have 42 asset credits and it didn't count toward the credit. I would like to refund this purchase because not only have I paid for several months of credit without using it, but I'm also being charged nearly $100 for something I didn't want on top of the $99 I've paid which should have made that asset included.

Video assets are not part of the subscription. With the subscription, you can only license standard items.

To get a refund, you need to contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
