Can anyone assist on how i can get a refund for purchasing a Premium Image by mistake. I Have looked everywhere and it seems that there is no help at all. Kindly Assist

For the fact (as a user): you can't buy a Premium asset by error as you get asked a confirmation. It's really a pity that users simply acknowledge the purchase, insted of looking what they do. When getting asked a confirmation, where normally a confirmation is not getting asked for, you should be mire careful.
(I know, it's human, and even I sometimes click on buttons I shouldn't.)
