You cannot purchase a new subscription while your current subscription hasn't fully cancelled. Please review your cancellation confirmation message for details. Regarding your credit pack purchase of 5 credits. You can use these to license 5 standard assets. You would need to purchase more credits to purchase videos, premium or editorial assets.
