Did you cancel your subscription in time? After the start of the paid subscription, there is a 14-day grace period where you can cancel free of charge, and you will get a refund. After that date, early termination fees apply.

Я отменил подписку, деньги вернуться автоматическ в течении 5 дней верно ?

В поддержку написать не удалось, только здесьт на форуме. 

Могли бы вы проверить мой аккаунт и сказать все ли я правильно оформил для возврата.

Sorry, I'm a user like you and can't access your account. But you should be able to contact Adobe via chat. My link is a direct path to the chat window, but depending on your configuration you may need to use either a private session or a different browser, or you need to access the internet via a different internet connection or using a different device like a phone or a tablet. There are so much different configurations that may make it difficult to open a chat window, that it is impossible to see what troubles your connection. I can confirm, however, that the chat works and is very responsive and normally the Adobe agents are qualified to walk you through any common problem you may encounter.
