I cannot license anything

Hello, I have a student enterprise account with Adobe and I am trying to license some stock photos and videos for my next project. It keeps on saying I have to request for access but how long will that take?  or do I have to do anything else to get the ability or license?

Did you contact your school's IT dept to confirm your school's plan includes Adobe Stock?  If it's included, the plan admin may need to grant you access.  Or if not, you will have to purchase your own Stock image plan.
