I tried to cancel my trial subscription but I couldn't. The payment didn't go through yet (issues with the card). What guarantee do I have that when I pay and cancel my subscribtion is that I will get my money back? I do not wish to use Adobe Stock anymore.

With issues with your card, you need to contact Adobe customer care to cancel. Self cancel is not possible in that case. Adobe customer care can be contacted here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html - click the small callout at the lower right of the screen and type "agent".
