I accidentally forgot to cancel my monthly Adobe Stock 10 assets a month plan before it went into the 3rd month. It's not allowing me to cancel if I do not pay the S$39 monthly first. I do not wish to pay it, only planned to pay for 2 months worth.
Will there be late fees incurred if I run the course? Will it continue to count the days and charge me like another S$39 if it goes unpaid for another month/4th month?
Thanks in advance,
Jim
Well, you can't just "refuse to pay" for a subscription in which you have willfully and intentionally engaged, particularly since you have provided Adobe with your credit card info. Info on how to cancel a Stock subscription is shown here:

You do not escape a contract by refusing to pay. The debt may increase, and can increase even more if it is sold for recovery.
The cancellation fee is 50% of your remaining annual commitment, not fixed.

You need to pay your due an then you can cancel.

The people who have replied here are NOT Adobe employees. This is a Contributor / volunteer run forum and Adobe employees rarely show up here. We are simply repeating the terms of the Adobe Stock subscription and advising how it will be resolved if you wish to terminate.
You most certainly signed up for an Adobe Stock subscription, either a monthly or an annual plan, or perhaps the 30-day free trial that converts to an annual subscription if you don't cancel the trial before the month is up. Adobe does NOT sign up customers for subscriptions without their knowledge. You also would have received an email advising you that you had signed up.

Refusing to pay does not cancel your contract.
You surely did subscribe to Adobe stock. If you have recently taken an apps subscription, you did tick the "Add the stock trial.", and you did not cancel as stated in the terms and conditions, that you agreed upon, and that have been send to you by e-mail.
This said, if you have trouble reaching support, you should describe what your problem is. I never had trouble contacting support via chat. It's easy and it's secure. E-mail is not secure, and when you send an e-mail, you never know, if it arrives at the intended destination and if it arrives, it may be moved to the spam folder etc etc.
Use chat to contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
If in doubt, ask the forum.
