I keep getting a social sign in not supported error whilst trying to cancel my plan
You want to cancel your stock plan, and you have created your account by using your Facebook or Google ID? Or do you have a normal Adobe ID, and are signed in with that one?
The easiest way to get this sorted out is probably to contact Adobe customer support. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different
...I just had the same thing. Trying to cancel the free trial and Adobe spun me round in a circle with the social sign in not supported and wanted me to change my password every time. I think it's a cache thing as I opened a private browsing window and logged in (not with a social sign in 🙂 ) and it let me cancel no problem...
Found another solution - setting password and unplugging social account also works.

This is done intentionally to prevent cancelations. I was able to charge my account with a social sign in... why cant i cancel it with a social sign in.

No, this is not intentional. I don't know what happens here, as I don't use and will never use social sign in. I find it catastrophic from a privacy view, But there is a) no need to block people from cancelling, as more people subscribe than cancel, and b) it is illegal not to allow people to cancel.
As you see here (https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-discussions/i-keep-getting-a-social-sign-in-not-supported-error...) It seems to be a configuration issue of the browser. The browser is local to your system.

Hello @Jane29883856ppu4,
I'm not seeing any Adobe Stock subscription linked to the account you are using on the forum.
