I was using Adobe Stock to download images & use fonts yesterda, then all of a sudden I got a "Page Not Found" error.  Now, that's ALL I have. If I click any catergory, no matter what search i try, all I get is "Page Not Found"

I've cleared my Cache & Cookies, restarted my computer, tried to access several different routes, but all to no avail.

I'm running a Mac with the latest Catilina OS.

Assistance is Appreciated

IDK if you have it set up the same, but when I search for something on Adobe Stock, the search term stays in a drop down list "attached" to the Search Bar.

Initially, I was searching for new images, so I typed in my new search term.

I would get the "Page Not Found" so I tried using one of those older search terms. I thought maybe they just don't have anything I can use you know? But even previous searches came back with Page Not Found.

I switched over to FireFox, I was using Chrome. It seems to be working, but Chrome is my default so I'd really like it fixed.

Thank you!

Hi donnaa30627087,

My colleague works on our search team and I've asked him to look into this. He'll respond soon.

Hello donnaa30627087,

As I can not reproduce the issues you are having and based on what you described ~ I would like to suggest you to remove Chrome browser and reinstall it as I suspect it's your browser issue based on the behavior you are seeing.

Best regards,

Thank you joon, I'll do that.  If you are able to reproduce & find a fix, it'd be great to know my computer isn't going loopy. 😃

You may try private browsing in Chrome to see if that solves the problem. Also a good thing to check: Clear cache and cookies and try again.
