i purchased a credit pack to have 25 images. i have 6 images in my library now but all my recent searches are eaither "Free for trial" or "Purches" option. Can any one help how to solvee it?

When did you buy your credit pack? Credit packs expire after one year.

Hello @Raheleh32817023r9me, thanks for reaching out. 

I reviewed your account and it appears that 16 - Credit Pack was purchased on 09/20/23. You used up 4 credits to license 4 standard images, and 12 credits to license a premium image. This expains why you have run out of credits.
