Hello, I have a problem with paying for Adobe Stock, because I had a trial (10 assets a month) I just used it for the free trial and I thought I had canceled the subscription, but 2 hours ago I've been charged through my credit card And I just found out that I've been charged for 2 months on unused stock photo subscriptions. I think I might have made a mistake in the cancellation process, so what should I do? Of course, the first step I have to cancel my subscription but I'll be charged an early cancellation fee which I am still studying and have no money for a purchase.šŸ˜ In this case, Would it be possible to get a refund for this

(Sorry for my English)

Thank You,

STY P.

I suggest to contact Adobe customer care on this. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
