I want to stop the monthly payment of the annual subscription to adobe stock. How can I do? I can not find any keys to cancel the subscription, I have to pay every month

I tried the free Adobe Stock for 1 month in mid February 2021, and ended my subscription in mid March 2021 on line by following the directions here:

I am still being billed for the subscription, but the formula does not exist on my account!!!

I don't see any Adobe Stock subscription associated with the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. Please confirm that you are signed into https://account.adobe.com with the correct Adobe ID.

I see no active subscriptions on your account in our systems or in that screenshot. I don't see any subscriptions cancelled nor active.

You would need to figure out what email address is associated with the subscription and then sign into https://account.adobe.com with that email.
