If I downgrade my Adobe Stock image plan, will I lose my existing 240 Image Credits?

I am on the Adobe Stock $99 - 40 Images a month plan.  I currently have 240 Image Credits.  If downgrade my plan to $29.99 - 3 Credits a month, will I lose my 240 Image Credits or will it be carried over?
