Image Download Poor Quality - Help? Refund?

I just licensed this image:  300795870

I've downloaded it twice, in both vector and JPEG format.  Both are very pixelated when opened in Illustrator, I've never had this issue before.  I have the most up to date version of Illustrator on a brand new Mac, so I'm assuming it's the file.  

I'd really love to be able to use this image, but if this issue can't be resolved quickly, then I'd like a credit refunded.

Thank you for the information. Could you provide some details about how you got a version that worked? I've been tracking and reporting JPEG/Vector issues for the Adobe Stock team so any additional information you can provide would be helpful.
