Image in downloads but not licensed?

New Here ,

I have a full size image from Adobe Stock which is in my downloads (since 2018), however it doesn't also appear in my licensed images. I need to find proof of purchase but since this was so long ago, I don't remember doing this.. how could it be possible to have downloaded the image without obtaining a license for it? Is there some loophole that made this possible or could there have been a license which has since expired? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

Licenses don't expire. Does the image include the Adobe asset number? That may provide a clue to help Adobe determine whether it was indeed properly licensed.

Thanks for the reply, yes the asset number is 78770564

I'm stumped as to how I would have obtained the full resolution image without licensing it. I wonder if it could be to do with being on a free trial at the time? But that wouldn't make sense either.

Licenses for Assets licensed under "free trials" also do not expire. Hopefully an Adobe representative will chime in here with a suggestion. Meanwhile, you should contact Adobe via the "contact us" link to confirm that you have a valid license.

You could have licensed it with a different Adobe ID, if you do not find a licence history. The licence history is sticky and records every licence you have ever taken (except with Fotolia, if you have not synchronized your account), free or for pay. https://stock.adobe.com/Dashboard/LicenseHistory
