Image is in Low res when licence from Adobe Stock

I've licenced and image form Adobe Stock and the downloaded file is in low -res
I've tried to find a way to contract Adobe about this issue but it's been frustartion to find a direct customer care service for this.

I've reviewed this file and see no issue. Are you viewing the file in Adobe Illustrator?

Thanks for your reply. I want to place embedded the eps file in Photoshop
but it doesn’t work.
I usually do that with eps files with no problem, but this don’t work...
nit sure why
I don’t use illustrator but I’m quite sure I should be able to open/place a
vector file in Photoshop?

When you downloaded the file did you choose jpeg?

I chose first vector and it didn’t work. Then I chose jpg and it was lo res
