Image Purchased by Mistake

Hi all, someone in my company just purchase an image by mistake and it was charged to the credit card, anyone know who to contact or how to get adobe to reverse this payment?  Thank you

It would be best if the person who made the purchase contacted customer care https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html. Click on the chat icon in the lower right portion of the page. If unable to see this feature you may need to scroll down before it will appear or set your browser to private or incognito mode.
