Image Quality

New Here ,
Jan 20, 2019 Jan 20, 2019

I just licensed and downloaded an image and the quality is horrible. The licensed version is so grainy, the preview download was better quality. How can I get my credit back for this image? It's really not usable.

Thank you,

Thanks Abambo for confirming the image quality.

Hi Jennifer,

I've added 1 license in your account which you can use against this image.

I apologize for the troubles.

You are correct! The image is grainy and does not comply with the quality criteria of Adobe. It seams to me that it is an old Fotolia image from early days. And I agree, it's barely usable and it should be disabled.

It is, however, normal that the preview is of better quality as the noise level is one of the characteristics of a picture that gets enhanced when you reduce the image size.

An image like that would not make it today into the portfolio.

May I ask Sheena Kaul or twaritar3263062 to give a replacement credit to waveofwhite83 ?
