Improper charges

I tried to used adobe Indesign on the 12th May, 2025, but I find out that my system is not compatiable with the software. I immediately cancel my subscription about the app. Not knowning much about the cancellation process. A mail was sent to me on that same 12th of May, 2025, confirming my cancellation. To my greatest subsprise was charge today for a service I did not use. Please kindly help me refund my money. 

How will Adobe still change me when a cancellation mail as being sent to me confirming the cancellation process. 

I have attached the screen of the may sent to me on the 12th May, 2025

Your story does not fit possible scenarios. If you cancelled the 7 day trial in May, and that failed, you would have gotten a charge in May, a next in June and a next in July. If you had added the 30day free trial subscription of Adobe stock to your InDesign subscription, you would have gotten a first charge in June and a second charge in July.
