I have a question: Is it possible to purchase a picture in exclusive right on Adobe Stock?

I try to explain better: I purchase a picture and I don't want that nobody use the same picture because I would to became the new owner, is it possible or not?

No, it is not possible. 

(Details: even Adobe do not have exclusive rights, the photographer could already sell elsewhere).
