Inquire about payment refund

Hello
I would like to get a refund on the license purchase.
1. Get the link to purchase the license and purchase it.
2. I copied and pasted the link as it is, but it was automatically converted to another link and delivered.
3. Pay without knowing this fact.
4. Download will proceed immediately after payment.
5. I didn't use the image and I want to get a refund, but I couldn't proceed because I didn't have a refund button.
6. This is considered a systematic problem with Adobe Stock.

I really want to get a refund.
You can't pay 80 dollars for an image that you don't even use.
And I was disappointed with Adobe Stock's payment and refund system.
I hope this payment will be settled.
