Spoke to a guy named Ashish today after discovering 3 charges of $29.99 a month for something I never ordered and have no clue as to its contents. Sound familiar? It's so prevalent that Adobe now has a number you call to deal with Stock refunds. Only, yep, you fight for 45 minutes to get them to do it. I ended up giving them every email I have ever had only to learn that they can't cancel until I give them some magic e-mail. Then he offered one month refund. I asked if I had ever used Stock. No. So I stood firm, raised my voice, avoided the F word and after a long back and forth was told I will be refunded the full amount. You're better off calling your credit card company. Shame on you Adobe.

So, your credit card credentials were given to buy an Adobe subscription and nobody used it? If you didn't take the subscription, you should change the credit card. This is probably not Adobe's fault.

Mad respect for Adobe, but it IS their brand and their fault.

I would again resoectfully point out that if your credit card has been used to buy a sevice and you did know nothing about that, you should URGENTLY change the card, because your data looks to be on the free black market.
