Despite having a subscription, I’m seeing the 'Try it for free' message on the stock page instead of being able to download stock. Can someone assist with this issue? Also, for the assets, could you clarify which type of license is provided (Standard, Enhanced, or Extended)?

Do you have more than one Adobe logon ? Check the account which you've logged on with to confirm that there is an Adobe stock subscription attached to it.

Hello @seven.7. Could you please clarify when the issue started happening? I can see that you were able to license stock images on 01/30.

Last month, I started my subscription, and it mentioned that I'd have access to millions of free photos. However, when I clicked on that option, it only showed 10 free images and then prompted me to buy a plan. Can you clarify why the description doesn’t match what’s available?

You have access to any of the ~600 million assets in the Adobe Stock database; however, the number that you can license per month is determined by the subscription you have chosen. The 10-image per month subscription is one of the mst common sucbscription levels.

Thanks for the info! Just to clarify, what exactly is included in the Creative Cloud subscription?

The all app subscription? (see here: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/all-apps.html)
This is where your confusion comes from:
There is indeed a huge free collection, but to give you a feeling for the extent of the free collection: Adobe adds millions of new assets each day. You have access to a limited subset of free assets that Adobe paid for upfront.
To access the free collection (what I frequently do for my not for profit work), you have to filter exactly for free assets:
You will be limited to 3 free assets per day, where the new day exactly starts 24 hours after licensing the last free asset.

And just to say: Adobe Express provides you with access to many stock assets for free with a limited licence:
https://stock.adobe.com/license-terms#limitedLicenses
Adobe Express comes in two flavours, the free one, with limited possibilities (and no access to for pay assets in stock) and the for-pay one, included in your “Creative Cloud all apps” subscription.

To access the “free” collection on https://stock.adobe.com:
- Select free from the dropdown list
- enter your search term
- you see, how many results there are in the “free” collection
- Hover over the asset, and you see the “Free” indicator
- You can license immediately or click outside the buttons to get further details on the asset.
And as we are here working with children: you get an asset, that has been submitted with a model release, where appropriate. That is important for all publication. For privacy reasons, however, that model release (or releases) are inaccessible to you.

Also, for the assets, could you clarify which type of license is provided (Standard, Enhanced, or Extended)?
By seven.7
The type of licence is shown with the asset:
Different assets have different licences. Photos, illustrations, and vectors come with a standard or an extended licence (your choice). Premium assets (careful: they are expensive) came with an enhanced licence. Videos come under an enhanced licence. Templates, too, come with an enhanced licence.

Your online account shows what you're paying for.

Stock has several plan tiers available.
A Standard license will usually suffice for most use cases. But if you need more than that, Enhanced or Extended licenses are available for additional fees.
