It would be nice to be able to offer feedback to the artists and photographers who contribute.

We could then say things like

Dear Sir

With reference to

asset_id=379109177

you left the word "vector" on the image.

Because who ever approved it for inclusion in the library didn't catch that.

As it is a vector image, this can be deleted using Illustrator. If you, however, downloaded the JPEG image version, you need to edit the word out using a photo editor. the way it has been done, it looks like an easy job.

But you are right, it is not useful, nor is it necessary...

That one is easy. Sure.

It says

Set of translucent colored spheres with shadows on transparent background. Transparency only in vector format

Ok - transparency only in vector - so the reasonable assumption is - the background will be white for the jpeg.

Nope. The background for the jpeg is grey and white squares. Exactly like a screen grab of transparency. I don't even know how you would do that.

Anybody who licenses that is going to be really p'd off when someone points out the spelling error.

And, no way to offer feedback to the artist. Or, to anyone. Except here. For all the good this does.
