Hi Laurent,

Our product team has confirmed that the video is OK. On the small preview, you can see that the upper third of the video is sharper and in focus, and the two remaining thirds are out of focus because we are talking about a timelapse on a supermarket and the videographer used a really shallow depth of field to be able to shoot that. He is trying to get a tilt-shift effect, that combined with the timelapse, it looks a bit like stop-motion animation.

So, all in all, the video is ok and do not have any quality issues.

Twarita

Ok…..

Seriously !

You talk about stop motion artistic way of filming !

It must be a joke !!!!!

Just want to let you know it the first and last time I’m buying a shot from you !

I’m buying a lot of stockshots for my productions in all Stocks websites and it’s the first time I’m facing this kind of trouble.

The shot was blurred on half the screen !!!!!

It’s not a tilt shift ! It’ just a shot which cannot be sold on a video market !

I am not asking for a redeem, just want to tell your shot is shit by technical problem which cannot be appreciate in the low res preview.

I’m the CEO of my company, buyer of licences for my team and ADOBE buyer & user for 20 years.

I’m very upset with this situation, and the time I spent to reach someone to explain my problem.

damn, I had to post a question on the user forum !!!!

Think I won’t need to talk of this issue with your team anymore

Kind regards .

Laurent Brett
