Language in the photos

I sit in The Netherlands and I have an account on the Dutch region.  When I try to select photos I receive images with English language which is normal and expected, but I am also receiving pictures with German words.  I would really prefer to have Dutch language in the pics over German language.  Does anyone know how to correct this?

The Adobe Stock catalog has contributors from around the world. You may be seeing assets with keywords in German because of the number of items submitted by our German contributors. Your search will bring up matches to your requests regardless of language use for searching.
