We used some Adobe stock footage in a video for a client in the alcohol buissness and they want to make sure all of the people in the video are over 21 years old. How would I get this confirmation? Is it in the terms of use or licencing information anywhere?
Hi @editcv87590133,
The model releases in asset 116458250 indicate that each model depicted in the scene was 21 or older at the time of shoot. Please note that any additional information we provide to you here is as a courtesy only - your use of Stock Assets remains subject to the terms of the license agreement between you and Adobe, and we expressly disclaim liability related to additional information we provide to you.

Can you provide the asset number of the video used?

Here is the file number for one of the videos we used.
Does it say anywhere in the contributer guidelines that you must have a model release for any footage containing alcohol consumption?

Thanks, I'll need to check with a colleague.

I haven't seen that. The only restriction I know about is for nudes. Models need to be 18+ and a model release with proof of age is needed for nudes, even if the person is not recognizable. https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/user-guide.html/stock/contributor/help/model-release.ug.ht...
