I would like to subscribe a monthly plan but I need a clarification about these two points:
- I will download mockup images of product (coffee mugs, t-shirts etc...). I'm not a producer of coffee mugs and t-shirts, I'll buy these products from a reseller. The only purpose of my mockups is to give to my customer an idea of the final product.
What kind of licence I need? Do I must considerate this project as a "derivative products based on an asset"?
- Can I use the same photo for different customers and different projects?
thanks in advance for the reply
Hi Anna,
Sorry for a delay in response.
As per the requirements you have stated above, you will be requiring a standard asset. Please refer to the licensing terms and restrictions of Adobe Stock Stock Licensing & terms FAQ: Where can I find the terms and licensing information for Adobe Stock? for more information.
You can use the same license twice, however, please note that if you want to use the same asset for different clients, the asset must be licensed separately for each client use.
