Hi @Cathaura,

There are many free assets on the Adobe Stock website. If a subscription was required you would have been prompted to purchase one or to purchase the asset license on demand in some cases. All licensed assets will appear in your license history, Profile Menu > license history. Free assets won't have a shopping cart icon next to the download icon.

FYI: you can check the plans you have, by accessing the link https://account.adobe.com/plans. All your plans are visible there.

And FYI: Chat is (still) available. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
